Polyurethane and Epoxy Injection Services for Concrete Crack Repair

Polyurethane (PU) and Epoxy Injection are the two injection methods used for concrete crack repair in elements including in situ walls and footings, precast items, beams and columns, retaining walls and slabs. Liquid epoxy or polyurethane sealant can be injected into cracks through injection points and allowed to cure before the injection points are removed, and the surface repaired where necessary.

Polyurethane foam injection is used as a sealant to prevent water from leaking through cracks and offers wet side protection, ensuring that reinforcing remains dry. Concrete epoxy Injection is used for structural crack repair as it has comprehensive strength which exceeds most concretes.

Both these concrete crack injection systems work in the smallest cracks and offer excellent monitoring possibilities to provide quality assurance to the client.

Tampur 150

Tampur 150 is used for its hydrophilic polymer resin type water stopping capabilities. It rapidly forms a highly resilient flexible seal, allowing movement to the crack, fracture, or joint.

Tampur 130

Tamper 130 is used for sealing cracks in concrete, masonry, and brickwork as well as sealing against water ingress through cracks and joints and to void filling and back grouting.

Epilox

With its exceptional adhesion to walls, ceilings and floor surfaces, Epilox can be used for epoxy concrete repair where durability, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance is required.

EP10

When grouting in small gaps such as between baseplates and substrate needing filling and the structural load must be evenly distributed, EP10 is used. It's low viscosity, epoxy grout where heavy dynamic or mobile loads are encountered is an attribute in why the Portolesi Structural use this product.
